The Office of Broadcast Media and Video Production has a dual charge of both media relations and video production and promotion activities involving broadcast or broadcast-style media. The office produces and distributes news-related material to local, regional, and national news outlets, as well as television/radio commercials and production of videos for a variety of audiences and purposes. The office enjoys complete broadcast production and post-production facilities, as well as ku-band satellite uplink facilities.

The work of Broadcast Media and Video Production is featured on the UA Video Newsroom and throughout the University of Alabama home page and other communications-oriented sites.
